By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
This service helps users generate, format, and interact with transcripts, text-based outputs, and related analysis based on content they submit or reference. Some features may rely on data or materials made available by third-party sources. The service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Some features, including AI-generated transcripts and transcript analysis tools, may require credits or other paid access. If you purchase credits or any paid feature, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the transaction date are not eligible for a refund.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. If a refund is issued for a purchase that added credits to your account, we may remove or reverse the related credits.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund, please contact us at support@gameloop.tech or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
If we cancel a paid transaction or a paid job fails because of an issue on our side after credits were deducted, we may automatically restore the affected credits to your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for your intended use of the service and any outputs it generates. We do not claim ownership of your underlying content, but public outputs hosted on our platform may remain accessible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms. We may also remove content or outputs that violate these terms or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
